Laurentian University's Faculty of Management is seeking qualified individuals to teach in the very successful online Honours Bachelor of Commerce (H.B.Com) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) programs. Based on the on-campus programs, courses are highly interactive and follow the case-study method of learning. The maturity and level of experience of learners demand that instructors have relevant academic knowledge and work experience in their area of expertise. As an online instructor, you will be both a facilitator and a mentor; critical skills for ensuring the level of support and feedback required for our students to succeed.

Qualifications include the successful completion, or the near completion of a Ph.D. in an area of specialization as indicated above. In addition, candidates will be required to have experience teaching at a university level.
