Trent University invites applications for a 24-month full-time limited-term appointment in the Department of Chemistry at the rank of Assistant Professor. The position will start August 1, 2013, subject to budgetary approval. A Ph.D. degree and demonstrated teaching experience and research interests in the disciplinary areas noted below are required. The successful candidate will teach five one-semester courses in the areas of introductory, physical, inorganic and analytical chemistry. There will be an expectation to teach two compressed one-semester courses during the summer.
